Shipping and return conditions

How do I place an order?
You can easily order clothes at Aeden. If you follow the steps described below, you will soon have your clothes at home.
Don't have an account yet? We advise you to create an account so we can serve you even better after your purchase.

Step 1: Place your clothes in the shopping cart
Step 2: When you have finished shopping, you can check your shopping cart if you have everything in it.
Step 3: Complete your order by pressing "Checkout."
Step 4: Sign up, log in or continue without creating an account.
Step 5: Once you don't have an account, enter your details.
Step 6: Check again if all the information is correct.
Step 7: Choose your delivery address and billing address. If this is supposed to be the same, you don't have to do anything.
Step 8: Pay for your order.

All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Br>After payment, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation. After sending your clothes, you will receive a track and trace number. This way, you always stay informed about your order.

What are the shipping costs?
If you place an order above € (AMOUNT), you do not pay shipping costs. For orders under € (AMOUNT), you only pay € (SHIPPINGCOSTS). Of course, you will receive a track and trace number to see where your order is exactly. After completing your order, we will ensure that your order is shipped within two working days. 

When will I receive my track and trace number?
After you have paid for your order, your order will be shipped within () working days. As soon as the package is sent, you will receive the tracking number at the given e-mail address. That is why it is essential to check again whether all the information is correct before paying.

Can I pick up my order at a PostNL point?
Unfortunately, it is impossible to pick up your order at a PostNL point. We are working towards making this possible.

Do I pay the shipping costs if I return clothing?
When sending your return, you pay the return costs yourself. By way of compensation, you will receive a 10% discount on your next order!

Conditions to return the order
The returned items must meet a few conditions.

  • The item(s) must be sent in their original condition with attached cards
  • Also, return the packing slip or a copy of it
  • The article(s) must not be damaged
  • The item(s) must be unwashed
  • The item(s) must not have been repaired by you or a third party

You will receive 30 days from us to determine whether you want to keep the items. You can return the unwanted items within 30 days, provided they do not meet the conditions. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we do not send a refund, and it is no longer possible to change your clothes.

How do I cancel my order?
We ensure that your order is canceled by filling in our contact form. Have you already received your order but still wanted to cancel it? Then fill in our contact form, and we will contact you.

How long does it take before receiving my money from my return order?
As soon as we have received your return items in good order, we will ensure that you receive your money within three working days via the payment Mollie. You will be informed of this via your e-mail address.

Can I ship my order abroad?
Do you live abroad, or would you like to send your order abroad? That's certainly possible! Please enter the address & country where it needs to go; then, we will ensure that your order is shipped to the chosen address.

How do I return my ordered clothing?
How annoying that your purchased items do not meet your requirements. You have received a return form with your order. You are obliged to fill this in before returning the order. We would like to know why you are returning it and its due. This way we can continue to improve our service for you. We give you 30 days to decide whether you want to keep the products. When you return it, the product must be in its original condition with labels intact.

Even if there is a production error, you can return it within 30 days. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we do not send a refund, and it is no longer possible to change your clothes.
